my very first time to ISPCA in Ipoh
they did not receive any funding by the government,it depends on the public for the donations to adoption of strays.
I am not animal lovers,but yes to B and his family.
they brought me along to adopt a suitable dog for gatekeeper
these are the lovely dogs that dog owners leave behind,poor little thing.
when B and his sis walking around,those dogs barking non-stop,it seems like they were saying that:
"Choose Me!Choose Me!"
What can we help those stray dogs?people.
